What is the warranty policy on Eberlestock packs and apparel?
We stand behind the quality of our gear with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does shipping take and do you offer international delivery?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 days. We do offer international shipping to select countries; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Please use our online returns portal to start the process.
How do I properly clean and maintain my hunting pack?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric and water-repellent coatings, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or drying, and always air dry your pack out of direct sunlight.
Are Eberlestock packs compatible with hydration bladders?
Most of our technical packs are designed with internal hydration sleeves and tube ports. We recommend using our Source Tactical bladders for the best fit, though most standard reservoirs will work.
